One Million Ways is based on the belief that kindness is contagious: when you do a good deed it starts a ripple effect, inspiring others to do good. It’s like you “pay it forward,” but better:
When you log your good deed, One Million Ways doubles the impact of that deed by matching it with a $1 donation from one our sponsors…
That $1 then goes to a charity that will provide food, medicine, education and shelter for people in developing nations.
In other words, holding the door for a stranger today buys two meals for schoolchildren in Colombia tomorrow. It’s that simple.
Our goal is to log one million good deeds and raise $1 million for charity.
